When will I get my payout?

We settle payments on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s non-cancellable payments.

After we release the payout, it takes some additional time for the money to get to you. The average processing time for each payout method is:

Direct deposit: Instant or up to 3 business days
Bank transfer or international wire: Instant or 3–7 business days
PayPal: Within 1 business day
Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card: Within 1 business day

What cancellation policy do you have?

Before check-in:
Cancel 30 days or earlier and get THB 1,500 refunded
No refund thereafter

During and after check-in:
100% refund of the rental price should the rental property be falsely advertised. THB 1,500 service fees can be used for another booking on Flexstay Rentals within 30 days.
50% refund if the guest decides to check out within 7 nights for any reason
25% refund if the guest(s) decide(s) to check out within 14 nights for any reason

What are the rental terms and conditions?

The rental terms and conditions are negotiated between the landlord and FlexStay rentals within the frame of the law.

The tenancy agreement generally must include provisions related to the term of the lease, monthly rental price, the possibility of extension, bills, and expenses, obligations regarding repairs and any other services agreed by the parties.

What means 100% refund guarantee?

If the rental property is falsely advertised, the guests may refuse check-in, provide us the necessary evidence and we will provide the guests with another accommodation for that night. The next day we will refund the guests for the room rate and deposit (if paid already) and give the guests a voucher for the THB 1,500 service fee that you may use for another booking on our platform.
